Last year, a snowstorm wrecked Lights’ plans at The Complex, but this week is looks like the weather will be accommodating.

Lights is the stage name of 25-year-old Canadian Valerie Anne Poxleitner, who is touring in support of her second album, "Siberia."

The synth-pop musician plans to revisit "Siberia" again soon by recording an acoustic version of the album, she said in a Tribune interview.

"‘Siberia’ was quite a triumph in that I pushed myself," she said. "I was challenging myself as well as my fans, because they’re growing up with me ... ‘Siberia’ will always be an important place for me."

Lights is also known for incorporating, well, lights and other bells and whistles into her live performances. "There has to be several senses that have to be serviced," she said.

Arkell is also on the bill.
