Rolling Stone announced today the launch of a new flagship feature on RollingStone.com, Artist Timelines, that showcases select musicians' storied histories as told by Rolling Stone.

From cover stories to album reviews, every piece of content Rolling Stone has published – both online and in the print magazine – is included in the Timelines.

Presented in reverse chronological order, the Timelines include every single article, cover, and review ever published by Rolling Stone about the artist. The Timelines also feature a playlist of the artist's music, as selected by the editors of Rolling Stone. Bruce Springsteen is the first artist chosen for a Timeline, and fans can go all the way back to 1973 to read Rolling Stone's first interview with then-23-year-old Bruce, and revisit all of his articles and the 15 covers he has appeared on since then. Over the upcoming months, RollingStone.com will launch an Artist Timeline every two weeks. Up next is Green Day (October 29), followed by the Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift, Bob Dylan, and Lady Gaga.

Springsteen's Artist Timeline is online at http://www.rollingstone.com/music/artists/bruce-springsteen. The other Timelines will be available at http://www.rollingstone.com/music/artists.
