Oscars Social Club

The South Valley bar will hold a Mustache Bash, where those with whiskers, real or fake, will be feted. Hey, Groucho Marx and Charlie Chaplin used artificial facial hair for most of their lives, and they were cool. Hitler’s mustache was real, and he’s considered The Worst Person Who Ever Lived.

When • Tonight until 1 a.m.

Where • Oscars Social Club, 8136 S. State St., Midvale

The Green Pig

The bar is participating in downtown’s annual Dine O Round restaurant promotion until Sept. 28, with lunch specials for just $5 and dinners for $15. I know, I know, a green pig doesn’t sound appetizing, but the food is good, I swear, and you should check out the great rooftop patio.

When • Open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily

Where • The Green Pig, 31 E. 400 South, Salt Lake City

Park City Live

Ladies are free all night for this themed party called "Naughty School Girl Night," with resident DJ Bentley spinning. By the way, your Amanda Bynes costumes are no longer funny. Poor girl.

When • Saturday. Doors open at 8 p.m.

Where • Park City Live, 427 Main St., Park City

Devil’s Daughter Bar & Grill

When you watch the NFL on one of the bar’s 12 flat screens, you will be treated to "loaded brats" for just $4. No, a loaded brat isn’t your drunk child.

When • Sunday

Where • Devil’s Daughter Bar & Grill, 533 S. 500 West, Salt Lake City

Liquid Joe’s

In addition to the Spazmatics performing every Saturday at this music hot-spot, the Pop Jockeys man the stage every Thursday night, playing all of your favorite pop hits. During the show, Long Islands are only $5 and the infamous drink known as AMFs (Adios Mother-------) will be served in red plastic Solo cups. The recipe is traditionally half-ounce portions of vodka, rum, tequila, gin and blue Curaçao, with 2 ounces each of sour mix and a carbonated soda (although the latter is optional).

When • Every Thursday night

Where • Liquid Joe’s, 1249 E. 3300 South, Salt Lake City
