Frank Ocean and Seth McFarlane to open "SNL" season

Frank Ocean will make his "Saturday Night Live" debut on September 15.
Ocean kicks off the 38th (!) season ofthe show alongside host Seth MacFarlane, creator the hit TV show "Family Guy" and past performer at the Salt Lake Jazz Festival.
