Beginning at 1 p.m. by the Olympic Fountain, shoppers will enjoy music from around the world with performances by groups like an island dance group (Pacific Generation) and a mariachi band.

There will be face-painting, hourly giveaways *including a limo ride on the first day of schoo), and a medal podium photo opp.

The Schoolympics are part of The Gateway’s celebration of the 2012 London Olympics, which also includes a competition to choose the next Olympic Fountain songbook. For more information, visit The Gateway’s Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/ShopTheGateway?ref=ts
