Here are some live music options for Thursday night — if you're not headed to the second Twilight show:
The new tour "An Evening With Yanni" comes to Abravanel Hall. Yanni will perform his instrumental hits from around the world. In an interview with The Tribune and other media outlets, Yanni said the world has transformed him. "One of the nicest things of my career has allowed me the opportunity to travel all over the world and come into contact with so many cultures," he said. "And it’s been going on for quite a lot of years; that changes a human being. The lessons are myriad. … When you change me, you change my art and you change what I will be talking about, what I am interested in talking about. I could talk forever on this subject." We will let his music do the talking.
