Peter Breinholt to headline free concert at Gallivan Center on Tuesday, July 10

Local acoustic singer-songwriter Peter Breinholt will headline a free concert at The Gallivan Center on Tuesday, July 10 at 7:30 p.m. in a concert put on by the Excellence in the Community Foundation and sponsored by the law firm of Snow, Christensen & Martineau.

He has sold out every major concert hall in his home state of Utah many times over, including Kingsbury Hall, The Tuacahn Red Rock Amphitheater, The Sundance Amphitheater, Thanksgiving Point, the de Jong Concert Hall.

.Born in Pennsylvania, Peter taught himself to play piano and guitar and moved to Utah for college.

Upcoming events at the Gallivan Center presented by the Excellence in the Community:

August 27: Ballet Folklorico Citlali with Mariachi Jalisco: the colors, sounds, costumes and dances of traditional Mexico

September 24: Aaron Ashton Quartet: Celtic Fiddle meets classical violin

October 19: David Halliday and the Jazz Vespers Quartet

November 17: Steven Keen Quartet and Caroline Turcotte: evening in Paris

December 7: Lark & Spur Christmas Concert: acoustic and modern carols
