Young Empires perform tonight in Salt Lake City.

You’ve got to see it to believe it: www.whitedoves.me "It was almost a year in the making," said guitarist Robert Aaron Ellingson of the Canadian experimental rock band. "It’s mind-blowing to see it. We’re really proud of it."
Despite the video and even a planned clothing line, the young band is steadfast in its commitment to its songs. "The music comes first," Ellingson said. "We never say, ‘Let’s make this song to make money.’ " Humans are also on the bill.
