If you got shut out for Wilco tickets tonight, Excellence in the Community's "Music to Match the Mountains" series will include a performance by Island Time II (Polynesian Music and Dance) tonight at the Gallivan Center at 7:30 p.m.
The show is FREE.

Frank Fau'olo and his band of musicians and dancers bring aloha to downtown Salt Lake City. Wear your island attire and bring the family to an evening of music and dance from the authentic traditions of the pacific islands. If you cannot go to the tropics, at least come to the Gallivan Center for the next best thing, music and dance under the summer stars.
Island Time II plays songs from a wide variety of musical traditions, but always adds an authentic Polynesian vibe. Combing music and dance, Island Time II brings the sense of aloha to every performance. The band started in Gardena and Carson California and has performed throughout the United States and Canada, including regular involvement in Hawaii with the Polynesian Cultural Center, International Market Place, Duke Kahanamoku’s and Don the Beachcomber’s. Island Time II's performance at last year's Mondays in the Park concert series was a highlight of the summer.
