Song of the Day: Jay-Z and Kanye West's 'Otis'

The much-hyped collaboration between Jay-Z and Kanye West disappointed a lot of people last year, but who could fault their great tribute to Otis Redding, one of my favorites?

It is great to hear two rappers who are so distinctive in their styles that you can tell who they are immediately. The same thing goes for Mr. Redding.

Why not post an Otis classic? I think the first time I heard this song was when they played it during a sex scene in the Patrick Swayze film "Roadhouse." Embarrassing.

I can't post the sex scene, go here's a great scene:

I need to get to work.
