Eve 6

Spotlight show • Rock band Eve 6 disbanded in 2004, but the original lineup of Jon Siebels, Max Collins and Tony Fagenson is back together with a new album ("Speak in Code") and tour. "It feels better than it should," said Siebels in an interview. "We have a renewed appreciation and focus." During the hiatus, Collins and Fagenson formed a new band called The Sugi Tap, and Siegels worked on a number of projects, including with the band Monsters Are Waiting. But now the band members are all over 30, and the group has matured since it first tasted success with singles "Inside Out" and "Here’s To the Night" while barely out of high school. "Max likes to say [the success] was before our brains developed," Siebels said. As a result, Siebels boasts a new, mature sound. "We stretched out musically," he said. "We’re bringing new stuff to the table."
