The KRCL Board of Trustees has named Vicki Mann as the station’s new general manager.

Mann comes to KRCL with more than three decades of commercial and non-commercial radio experience.

Most recently, she was Station Manager of non-commercial 88Nine RadioMilwaukee (WYMS).

Prior to RadioMilwaukee, Mann spent eight years in Salt Lake City, including stints at Clear Channel Radio, Trumper Communications and KCPW.

She also served as Advertising Manager for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games.

Her experience includes work at stations in Chicago, San Francisco, Boise and Bozeman, Montana.

"Vicki’s track record and her success building RadioMilwaukee makes her the ideal candidate to lead KRCL," said Margrit Schneider, KRCL Board of Trustees Chairperson, in a press release. "We are thrilled to welcome Vicki to the KRCL community."

"I'm excited about returning to Salt Lake and joining a heritage community station like KRCL," said Mann in the release. "I'm eager to work with such a talented staff and board."

KRCL is a 32-year-old non-profit listener-supported community radio station based in Salt Lake City.
