Utah Symphony Guild’s annual “Heartstrings” fundraiser dinner will he held January 20

The Utah Symphony Guild’s annual "Heartstrings" fundraiser dinner will he held January 20 at 6:30 p.m. in the Hilton Salt Lake City Center (255 South West Temple).

Friends of the Utah Symphony are invited to attend.

Proceeds collected at the fundraiser will support the Utah Symphony.

Attendees be treated to dinner and dancing set to the music of Utah Symphony Principal Clarinetist Tad Calcara and the New Deal Swing Band, with additional entertainment provided by the Utah Valley University Ballroom Dancers.

"With Valentine’s Day coming up, this is a wonderful opportunity to have a fantastic evening out with a loved one while supporting our marvelous Utah Symphony," said Don Hales, Development Vice President for the Utah Symphony Guild, in a press release. "This evening of wonderful dining, dancing and entertainment is one not to be missed."

The event will also feature a silent auction for various items on display as well as a raffle drawing for a luxury cruise valued at $15,000. A donation of $100 will receive one drawing ticket, and a donation of $500 will receive six drawing tickets at the event. Total number of donation tickets are limited to 200.
