Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, Brad Paisley and Blake Shelton received multiple nominations for the 45th annual CMA Awards, which take place Nov. 9 in Nashville, which will be broadcast on ABC.Country superstars Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will host the CMA Awards for the fourth time. The 45th annual awards ceremony takes place Nov. 9 at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena and will be broadcast live on ABC-TV nationwide.
