Jimmy Osmond, most recognized as the youngest brother of the legendary singing Osmond family has joined forces with Big Book Media and British media company, CTVC, to produce "THE STORY OF JESUS," a docudrama film depicting the life of Jesus, incorporating interviews with the world’s top academic experts archaeologists, theologians, historians- and documentary footage of the latest archeological finds in Israel and Palestine.
According to Jimmy Osmond, in a press release, "This exciting project utilizes the very latest archaeological, historical and theological research and analyzes the key influences to Jesus’ teachings, explores the land in which he lived and preached, along with the people who surrounded him."
He added, "I am thrilled to be a part of this unique and in-depth look at a celebrated man who has represented so much to so many."
Jimmy Osmond is also president of Osmond Entertainment, which has also produced hundreds of hours of family-friendly programming. He most recently reunited his family to produce the PBS-TV special, "The Osmonds 50th Anniversary Reunion Concert," followed by a sold-out world tour.
