Dave Grohl and Scream regroup for EP out in August

Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters — coming to Utah later this year ‚ has another new release coming out soon.
He was a member of the seminal Washington D.C. punk band Scream before joining Nirvana, and the band regrouped this past February to record "Complete Control Sessions," an EP that will hit stores August 16. It will be available on vinyl and via digital download.
The session was produced by Dave Grohl and Scream at 606 Studios. The seven-song EP was recorded live in Dave Grohl’s Studio 606 this past February (with John Lousteau and Scream behind the board and reportedly picks up where the band's 1993 Dischord Records release, "Fumble" left off.
