The Park Record has a story about the Park City nightclub Harry O's being closed Thursday:

The owner of the Memorial Building evicted Harry O's on Thursday, having the locks to the building's doors changed early in the evening under police protection and with a crowd of onlookers watching as the future of Main Street's biggest, most raucous nightclub was put in doubt.

The eviction followed a long-running legal case between the building owner, called Memorial Building, LLC, and Athanasios III, LLC, which leased the Harry O's space. The attorney representing Memorial Building, LLC, Joe Wrona, said the Athanasios III, LLC group repeatedly failed to pay its monthly rent on time.

Officers from the Park City Police Department, the Summit County Sheriff's Office and the Utah Highway Patrol were at the scene as the locks were changed. Sheriff Dave Edmunds and Police Chief Wade Carpenter were among the officers who were at Harry O's Thursday to monitor the situation.

Workers from Park City Lock & Key at just after 5 p.m. proceeded to each of the locks on the building's doors, appearing to remove the ones that were there and replacing them with news ones.
