Even a few of the Mandarin’s popular desserts are available in smaller portions including Chocolate Fallen Angel Cake with Orange-Ginger Ice Cream and pumpkin Bread Pudding with Saigon Cinnamon Pepitas and Bourbon Butter Sauce.
