Slow Food bake sale on Sunday

Here’s a sweet bake sale you won’t want to miss. On Sunday, Oct. 7 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Slow Food Utah will be selling baked goods of all kinds on the patio at Liberty Heights Fresh, 1290 S. 1100 East, Salt Lake City.
All the money raised during the event will help send regional delegate Brooke Cordray to Terra Madre, the International Slow Food Conference in Italy. At Terra Madre, Cordray — the writer of cosmohippiechef.com — will learn about small-scale food producers, chefs and experts.
