After 12 years as the executive chef at 350 Main Brasserie, Chef Michael LeClerc is resigning. In an email sent earlier today to friends and suppliers, LeClerc said his last day at the Park City restaurant will be Monday, Sept. 17.
After spending a few months in France and Italy this fall, LeClerc will return to the food industry, he said. "I have started a healthy cuisine company called ConGusto!, for private parties, restaurant consulting, recipes, cooking videos, and more."
