Eden Grinshpan, host of The Cooking Channel's culinary travel show "Eden Eats," kicks off a new season Friday, Sept. 14, by taking an ethnic food tour of Salt Lake City.

Grinshpan's Utah visit includes fish and chips, Mexican beans, Kenyan and Pakistani cuisine, Tibetan food as well as an treats from an Argentinean bakery. She ends her trip with a hot sauce recipe from the Congo.

Each week on "Eden Eats," Grinshpan visits a different city discovering original recipes and interacting with the immigrants and locals who share their culture and traditions through food. Check local listings for times.
