Get a sneak peek at Finca, a new contemporary Spanish restaurant in Salt Lake City, during two open house events.
Owner Scott Evans, who also owns Pago, is offering tours and tapas on Friday, March 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. and Saturday, March 31, from noon to 2.
The restaurant is in a new development at 1291 S. 1100 East where the old Dairy Queen used to be.
Evans said the food at Finca, which means farm/vineyard, will be contemporary Spanish-influenced cuisine that uses seasonal and local ingredients.
The restaurant officially opens on Monday, April 2 and will serve lunch, dinner, weekend brunch and late night tapas.Here are the officials hours:
