The cakebites from The Sweet Tooth Fairy bakery in Utah will be the official "snack of the day" on the "Rachael Ray" show this Thursday, March 8.
The show, which airs at 10 a.m. on KSL Channel 5, also will include a short segment about bakery owner Meagan Faulkner-Brown.
The cakebites were featured on the Rachel Ray show in 2009. The publicity help launch the tiny bakery business, which today has nine Utah stores. Two more are expected to open in Arizona.
In case you haven’t tried a cake bites. They are bite-sized treats made by combining baked cake chunks and frosting. The mixture is then formed into bite size pieces and dipped in chocolate. One dozen costs $10.
