After months of planning, remodeling and menu development, Plum Alley, the newest restaurant from chef Ryan Lowder, will finally open on Friday, Dec. 16.
Plum Alley, will be located next to Lowder's first Utah restaurant, The Copper Onion at 111 E. 300 South. (Formerly, Sicilia Pizza). Ryan Lamon, The Copper Onion's sous chef since Jan. of 2010, will move next door to be Plum Alley's chef de cuisine.
Named after the street where Utah's China Town once was located, Plum Alley will specialize in Southeast Asian cuisine including items such as homemade kimchi, dtom ka gai soup and pork buns.
