The Tacos El Cunado II food cart at 676 W. Center St. in Midvale was shut down on Monday, Dec. 12, for creating an imminent health hazard.
According to this report posted on The Salt Lake Valley Health Department website, the cart was not using an approved kitchen for food preparation and storage. Several items on the cart were in disrepair including the ceiling, the cooler and the light shield.
