The Vintage Restaurant and Tea room in Ogden closed earlier this week.
Manager Kathy Cushman told customers on the store’s Facebook page that “health issues and finances” forced her to shut down the shop at 2436 Grant.
Customers will miss Cushman’s English scones, tea sandwiches and cakes. (The Tribune showcased the shop earlier this year as part of our “Royal Wedding” story.)
However, fans can still buy the loose leaf teas at Union Station Fermentation, 274 E. 25th Street, Ogden; and the Utah Co-op, 4892 S. Commerce Dr. (300 West), Murray.
