The Mist Project, a premier "guerilla" restaurant concept that has popped up in metropolitan cities all across the country, is coming to Utah.
Mist:Salt Lake City will serve 15-course gourmet meals from Jan. 19 through Feb. 19. The dinners, which coincide with the 2012 Sundance Film Festival, will take place Salt Lake City. They will be created by Chef Gavin Baker, who has worked at several notable restaurants including The Fat Duck (London), Oceana (New York) and Chi (Los Angeles).
Tickets are $150 per person and must be purchased in advance at http://themistproject.com/tickets
An 18 percent gratuity is added at the time of purchase.
