The details are starting to roll in about where to the mobile food trucks will be parked as part of the filming of "The Great Food Truck Race." The trucks from all over the country are either in Salt Lake right now or are arriving soon. They will be selling in various spots around the city on Saturday and Sunday, April 30-May 1.

The Lime Truck, from Orange County, CA, will be at the No More Homeless Pets Super Adoption event taking place at PetSmart, 389 W. 1830 South, Salt Lake City. The truck will be there from noon to 7 p.m. on both days.

Roxy's Grilled Cheese out of Boston is throwing a party with the Coffee Connection, 1588 South State, on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Besides the food there will be a DJ and circus performers. Still no word on where Roxy's will be on Saturday.

Julie Sheehan of Utah's Torta Truck will be pairing up with Devilicious, a food truck out of San Diego. Still no details on the time and place.

Finally ChowTruck owner SuAnn Chow said she is working with several food trucks. One of them may be the Hodgpodge truck out of Cleveland, which is coming as well.

Stay tuned, i'll post more details as I get them.

"The Great Food Truck Race" is hosted by Tyler Florence on The Food Network. Each week the competing food trucks stop in a different city to sell to the locals. The teams that sell the most move on to the next city and episode. The losing team drives home. The last truck standing wins $50,000.
