"The Great Food Truck Race" is heating up here in Salt Lake City. I was just contacted by Jason Quinn owner of The Lime Truck, the Los Angles mobile food truck that was named OC Weekly's Best New Restaurant.
Quinn said the first round of The Food Network competition was held in Las Vegas on April 23 and 24. Now those who survived are making their way to Utah where the competition will continue in SLC on Saturday and Sunday, (April 30 and May 1.)
