Harmon's Grocery Stores and the Utah Education Network are giving gourmands a chance to get some free cheese.

To participate in the Gourmet Cheese Passport promotion, just watch Cheese Slices on UEN-TV Monday nights at 8 p.m.

Then attend one of Harmon's special cheese events to get a passport and have it stamped. When all the stamps are filled on your passport, you will be eligible to receive a platter of gourmet cheese to share with friends and family.

For those who have missed the UEN show, Cheese Slices explores the world's best-loved cheeses and the passionate people who create them. This unique 21-part series includes reports from all over the world including Genuine Normandy Camembert, the caves of Roquefort, mountain-ripened Comte Gruyere, English Stilton, Gorgonzola, and the age-old traditions of Pamigiano Reggiano.

The next episode, on Monday April 11, will feature one of my favorite cheeses: Feta.
