Julie Sheehan, a personal chef and owner of a Utah food truck, will be featured in the annual "What People Earn" salary report.

Sheehan earned $43,000 in 2010, according to the annual survey, which will be published in PARADE on Sunday, March 13. The magazine is distributed with the Sunday issue of The Salt Lake Tribune

The 45-year-old said she started out the year as a personal chef at a Utah fitness retreat. but part way through the year, she was laid off. She began her food truck business in November.

The Torta Truck served paninis, salads and Italian "torta rustica," a type of savory tart made with a buttery crust and filled with spinach, roasted vegetables and cheese. (Not to be confused with a Mexican torta.)

Sheehan parks the truck at various office buildings and events in Salt Lake City during the week. Her schedule and menu is on her website at tortatruck.com

Other salaries in the survey include: a glassblower from Waterbury Center, Vt. who earns $59,700; a NYC celebrity stylist who earns $150,000; a blogger from Vancouver, Wash., who earns $24,600; a tattoo artist from New Orleans, who earns $40,000, and a dance studio owner from Richmond, Tex., who earns $100,000.
