It would be completely unsurprising if Two and a Half Men (8 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2) — which is already a hit — got a boost to its ratings this week. Because Charlie Sheen was so much in the news last week.

I'm not saying this is a good thing. But it's the world we live in.

In tonight's episode, Charlie's stalker, Rose, is back.
