A few hundred Salt Lakers hit Library Square on Saturday to replace partisan sniping with reason and levity, joining in spirit with tens of thousands in Washington's National Mall for Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert's "Rally to Restore Sanity and/or Fear."

Judging by the signs being carried (photographed by yours truly), Stewart's call for rational discourse was heard. Check out these signs by clicking on one of the thumbnails at left.
