A pair of Utah teenagers - Austin Wolfe and Kenzie Hall - both made it to the top 30 on this season of American Idol (7 p.m., Fox/Ch. 13). But they have another huge hurdle to get over this week. The 15 remaining female contestants perform tonight; the 15 remaining male contestants perform on Wednesday; the judges will select 13 finalists from this group of 30 on Thursday. This is speculation on my part, not based on any inside information, but I'm guessing that one (but not both) of the Utahns makes the top 13. We'll know in a couple of days.Elsewhere on TV ...American Experience (8 p.m., PBS/Ch. 7): "The Rise and Fall of Penn Station" looks at the construction of the magnificent edifice, which opened in 1910 and was torn down in the 1960s to make room for the hideous current Madison Square Garden.Cougar Town (8 and 10 p.m., TBS): Jules worries that Travis' art degree will leave him unemployable.Killer Women (9 p.m., ABC/Ch. 4): Molly works on a cold case with a retired ranger.Frontline (9 p.m., PBS/Ch. 7): In "Generation Like," Frontline examines the relationship between teens and the companies that target them.Pretty Little Liars (9 and 11 p.m., ABC Family): Spencer's credibility is called into question.Men's college basketball (9 p.m., ESPNU): Utah State at San Diego StateTwisted (10 p.m., ABC Family): Danny decides to come clean.Tosh.0 (11 p.m., Comedy Central): A new season begins.
