It's hard to give an unqualified endorsement to Under the Dome (9 p.m., CBS/Ch. 2) after seeing just one episode, because of the history of projects inspired by Stephen King books.A lot of them start out strong and end up in a big pile of disappointment. Which could still happen here. But the premiere of "Under the Dome" is intriguing.
