"Blood Brother" — a documentary premiering at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival — tells the story of Rocky Braat, an American wanderer who ended up in India, helping children infected with HIV.

It's not a straight-line story, though, as the trailer shows Rocky's initial ambivalence about working with children, and the heartbreak of seeing kids he was helping die from AIDS.

"Blood Brother" screens in the U.S. Documentary section of the 2013 Sundance Film Festival.
