5A — Robert Beveridge, Cottonwood, football: Beveridge found virtually every way to score in the Colts' 40-20 win over American Fork last week. He kicked a field goal, returned a punch for a touchdown and caught another one for the suddenly unbeatable Colts. 4A — Jaylon Miyasaki, Springville, football: The Red Devils receiver had four receptions, four touchdowns and 216 receiving yards Friday against Mountain View — all in the first half. The staggering performance lifted Springville to a 42-0 win over Mountain View. The Red Devils improved to 3-0 and host defending 3A champion Juan Diego this week. 3A — Paul Flake, Park City, football: It wasn't the prettiest performance from the Park City quarterback, but he rose to the occasion when the Miners needed him the most. Flake overcame three interceptions two engineer two fourth-quarter drives that gave Park City a 20-19 win over 3A rival Delta last week. It was the first win of the season for the slow-starting Miners. 2A — Slade Moyle, Enterprise, football: The quarterback had his hand in nine touchdowns in the Wolves' 74-30 win over Lincoln County (Nev.). Moyle threw for six scores and rushed for three others to lift the 2A power to its second straight win and a 2-1 record. 1A — Kyle Foy, Altamont, football: Foy rushed 17 times for 221 yards and two touchdowns in the Longhorns' 39-14 trouncing of Rangely (Colo.). Altamont improved to 2-1 and looks like an early contender for the 1A title.
