Romney skipped watching inaugural. Obama waves at Utah group. President calls for bold action.
Happy Tuesday. Mitt Romney had hoped to be taking the oath of office yesterday but reportedly, didn't even end up watching it. Not live, and not on TV. A Romney aide said it was "doubtful" the former presidential candidate would watch the inauguration for his ex-rival, President Barack Obama. Romney and wife, Ann, had "no big plans," according to the aide. [NBCNews]
