For the Party of Lincoln, Lincoln came to the party.

Dave Moyar of Payson, who spends his daytime hours erecting cellphone towers, arrived at the Utah Republicans' party at the Hilton dressed as the 16th president, shaking hands and having his picture taken with happy Republicans.

"Everybody acts like they know you," Moyar said of the reactions he gets when he's impersonating Lincoln. "I can't think of a bad reaction. Everyone thinks they're best friends with Mr. Lincoln."
