A compromise bill has been tried once before in the on-going stream access fray, but most Legislators never even took a glance at the fine-crafted work. The Idaho rule discussed in this Tribune story is what has been required all along to make the stream access issue dissolve. I'm glad to hear it has already drawn attention on the Hill. Also of great note regarding the stream access debate is the rally being held by the Utah Stream Access Coalition Friday from 10 a.m. to noon at the State Capitol.
