High School Musical's KayCee Stroh is the mother of a brand-new baby girl! "She made a dramatic entry into this world being almost two weeks overdue. But all is well, and we feel overly blessed to finally have our happy healthy baby girl!" KayCee exclusively tells In Touch. "I feel I have been afforded the opportunity to do many incredible things in my lifetime, but by far this is the best." The actress and her husband of four years, Ben Higginson, welcomed Zetta Lee to the world in Salt Lake City on Wednesday. She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces. "This is kind of crazy, but I've always loved Z names and double Ts in names. I've always thought they were so beautiful," she explained.
