Crossroads Urban Center helps the underserved, including providing emergency food, diapers, infant formula, clothing and medicine to those in need, and the non-profit is asking for support.

The organization is inviting the public out for "Beer, Blues & Brats," at The Community Co-op, 1756 S. 700 West, Salt Lake City, on Sunday, May 5 from 2 to 6 p.m. Brats, a salad bar, and baked beans, cole slaw and desserts will be served, along with cold beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

Live music will be offered by The Number Ones and The Fourteenth Ward, and Rubber Room School of Dance belly dancers will perform.

The donation to attend is $45, and all proceeds benefit Crossroads Urban Center. Crossroads Urban Center is a nonprofit, grassroots organization that helps disadvantaged Utahns with critical needs.
