Beloved local composer Kurt Bestor has announced his special guest for this year's round of his Christmas concerts:
Jason Castro, an "American Idol" finalist the same year as David Archuleta and known for his dreadlocks and rendition of "Over the Rainbow" on the acoustic guitar.
With Archie with the MoTab and Castro at Bestor's shows, it's quite an "Idol" winter.
