Hogle Zoo's orangutans just got a new pal.

Mia, pronounced "my-uh," moved across the country to join his new roommates, 11-year-old Acara and her 2-year-old brother Tuah, in Salt Lake City.

The Orangutan Species Survival Program moved 27-year-old Mia from Greenville, S.C., zoo to Utah so he would have some company.

He is on display at the Great Ape building of Hogle Zoo, which is open daily.
