Gray's entry was sent to compete in the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service contest along with the Best In Show pieces from the other 49 states, the District of Columbia and American Samoa.
Gray received $200 in cash from the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge and art supplies from Ogden Blue.
