Ryker Versteeg, West Jordan: If you are going to catch only one fish on a three-day trip, then this was the one to land. Ryker, 5, was fishing with his grandpa, Blake Richards, at Strawberry Reservoir this past Labor Day weekend when this 24-inch, 5-pound cutthroat took his bait and ran. It was Ryker's first fish.
