Annual bison roundup

The 21st annual Bison Range Ride and Roundup is being held on Antelope Island State Park on Oct. 24-27. Volunteer horse riders will push the island's population of about 500 bison toward corrals from 8:30 a.m. to dusk daily, depending on how long it takes to get them there. Visitors may view riders and bison from the road on the east side of the island, which leads to the Fielding Garr Ranch.
