Charicia Yeaman, Tooele: Six-year-old Charicia, more commonly known as "Little C," helped her parents reel in a trout limit earlier this year at Vernon Reservoir. Little C's dad, Charlie, points out, "It's amazing how simple things can bring out the best smiles."
