Ski the dunes in Bruneau

The Wasatch Mountain Club is holding its 13th annual trip to ski the sand dunes at Bruneau Dunes State Park in western Idaho on Oct. 13-14. Participants usually camp at the state park and ski the dunes during the day before enjoying a star show at the park's observatory. Free-heel skis work best on the snow, but anything will work, even a sled. Visit wasatchmountainclub.org for more information.
