Troy Kapinos, Cottonwood Heights: Two others on the boat hooked into fish, but it was Kapinos who finally landed this dorado during a trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico, in May. The fish was taken back to the hotel where a chef cooked it for Kapinos and his companions. There was enough fish to share with the staff at the resort.
